Return and Refund Policy

Overview At Coastline Carrying (operated by The Trustee for Perth), we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our commuter tumblers and travel bento boxes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with a straightforward return and refund process.

30-Day Return Window We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and unwashed.

  • Insulated tumblers and bento boxes must be hygienic and in their original packaging, including all seals, lids, straps, and accessories.

  • You must provide the proof of purchase or order confirmation.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note: Unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at [email protected] if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
