Business & Store Information

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive an automated email notification once your order has been packaged and handed over to the shipping carrier.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated transit times vary based on shipping destination:

  • Domestic Standard Shipping (Australia): 3 to 7 business days.

  • Domestic Express Shipping (Australia): 1 to 3 business days.

  • International Standard Shipping: 7 to 14 business days (varies by country).

3. Packaging Protection

Our insulated travel tumblers and bento lunchboxes are packed securely using protective, eco-friendly materials to prevent denting, scratching, or damage during transit.

4. Order Tracking

Once your package ships, you will receive an email containing a dedicated tracking number and carrier link. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking details to update on the carrier’s portal.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Coastline Carrying is not responsible for any customs, duties, or tariffs applied to international shipments. All additional fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Order Changes & Address Corrections

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Once an order has been dispatched, address modifications cannot be processed.
